This actually works. We have a side light by our front door that people could look into our home from the street right through the glass. We had a company come out and build a faceted glass pattern in there so the light still came through but no one could just look into our house anymore.
I'm considering this for some windows in my bathroom, I need to find some large enough for my oversized windows. I'm really liking the stained glass window look.
It is really a great idea to use window film where a curtain is not the best choice.

Oh my! These are beautiful!
We live in the sunny south USA and I just realized that I'll need to put our front tints on again soon. Although we have had more snow than usual this winter, we've had a stellar week of clear skies and temps of 60s and 70s--simply gorgeous--but bringing summer's hot sun back to our front door. I believe I'll have to check these out right away. Thanks!
