The flower and the girl

My mother was born year 1900. I was the only child, and both my parents had lots of time for me. Today I am over 60 years old, and I still remember a song that my mother sung to me. It is so sweet in Swedish, and I have tried very hard to translate the FEELING in the words.
I hope you will enjoy the flower and girl song.

To create a flower

When our Creator makes a flower, He first makes a stalk soft and fine, then he puts there upon the small leaves.

Then he is taking his hand with strong safety and paint all the earth colors and glowing moist. He now blows his spirit into the flower.

So now, there is the flower alive and shines with the love of rich color's life. It came from God alone to be for our joy. Flower! Flower Take my delightful heart.

To create a girl

When our Creator forms a girl, he does her in the same way. First he makes a beautiful little body, so soft and smooth. He then takes his strong safe hand light and color from the earth and sky. He mixes them and creates her features and hair.

Here is now the girl, and he blows his breath into her and makes her alive. Now, among other flowers our wonderful Creator is placing her. She is from God for our comfort and joy!

Girl! Flower Take my heart!

That is a sweet song, certainly one that would make a little girl feel special :). Your grand daughter is really lovely BTW.
