The best way of life

A happy life
Today I am a Granny with 7 grandchildren. I have been married to the love of my life and am now a widow.
One single thing that has helped me more than anything in my whole life is the Bible. I found that God wants us to be happy and the laws and principles in the Bible are just perfect to make a good living.
In this world there are so many books with methods, so many different ways of suggestions, and so many “good” advises. What to think? Which ones are the best? I can tell you from experiences – the ones in the book The Bible! Since I not always lived according to Gods ways, I know both sides and have experiences enough for you.
I would love to share my thoughts, experiences and quotations from the Bible that I know.
You have nothing to loose and all to win by following the Bible’s advices. They come from somebody that wants us to live a good life. They come from our Creator.
In this fantastic book there are advises about: Marriage, Family, Children, Work, Money, Religion, Sicknesses, Stress, Hope and Faith
The secret with the Bible is that you cannot pick the parts or verses you like and skip the others. You must follow them all! The Bible is never contradicting itself. It is also always in line with your own conscience. Sometimes the advices seem so simple and short, you wonder if this can really work. But it always does. They are timeless and wise.
We must also remember that this world is full of books written by imperfect humans. So quite often the advices you find in them are contradicting with the Bible. In all those cases, just try the Bible and see what happens. Because in there is the very best way of life for you.
We can also learn:
Why is there so much suffering in the world?
What will happen to this earth?
What happens when we die?
Will we ever see the dead loved ones again?
What is the best way of life?
Does God approve of all religions?
Where is Jesus Christ today?
Why did Jesus die?
And much more

God does, indeed, want us, believers, to live a happy life. But that does not mean we get everything we want. Often times, it means we go through heart ache and pain to bring us to closer faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible is not an advise book, but God's word to bring the world to repentance through Jesus Christ. Keep up the good work!
I agree with you irenemaria. God's Word and the Holy Spirit have changed my life completely. As I grow ever more knowledgeable of the Bible, I love it immensely. The stories, injunctions and commands in there are so interesting. Thank you for sharing your love of the Word and how it has impacted your own life.
It made me strong and live a new life that happier than before.
